              Vitamin C Tea
Add a boost of Vitamin C to your day! Rosehips are high in Vitamin C and offer a tart flavor. Hibiscus flowers add a beautiful pink color to the tea. Lemongrass also contains Vtamin C. And lastly, nettle leaf is rich in Vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and calcium!
To brew:
Add 1 tsp tea to 8 oz boiling water and steep, covered, for 8 minutes. Strain, sweeten as desired, and drink.
