              Sniffle Time Tea
Sniffle Time Tea:
You know what time it is? Sniffle Time….unfortunately. Help those sniffles out the door with the Sniffle Time Tea. A soothing mix of elderflower, lemon balm, and raspberry leaf help calm while your body works to usher the sniffles away.
To Make:
Add 8 oz boiling water to 1 tsp tea and steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes. Strain, sweeten as desired, and enjoy.
Ingredients:
Whole elder flowers, organic lemon balm, red raspberry leaf.
