Stinging nettle leaf offers calcium, potassium, and several other minerals. Oat straw boasts of silica, calcium, and magnesium. Lemon balm provides potassium as well as bio-available calcium and magnesium. Lemongrass offers a beautiful aroma as well as potassium. Red clover is exceptionally high in bio-available calcium, in addition to magnesium, potassium, chromium, and iron. And last (but certainly not least), dandelion leaf is a nutritional powerhouse with potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus.

This tea has a light earthy aroma, with a hint of lemongrass. It is best enjoyed daily. As always, check with your doctor before trying new herbs, especially if you consume any prescription medications.

To Make:

Steep 1 teaspoon tea in 8 ounces of water (just brought to a boil), covered, for 10-15 minutes. Recommended: 2-3 cups per day.

For herbal infusion (a more concentrated drink): Bring 32 ounces of water just to a boil. Steep 2 TBSP tea for 4+ hours at room temperature (or overnight, moving to fridge after cooled). Strain and sweeten as desired, to sip throughout the day.
