New mom? Busy mom? Feeling a little run down? Did you just have a baby or have you been momming for ages? Mama’s Tea is for you! (Honestly, anyone can drink it. It is beneficial for everyone. But sometimes moms just need some extra nutrients, and that’s why we made it!) Red raspberry leaf, lemon balm, oat straw, stinging nettle leaf, and spearmint all come together to offer a nutrient-rich, nervous system-calming, refreshing tea. Red raspberry leaf helps support the reproductive system. Lemon balm helps calm the nervous system. Oat straw is beneficial for both physical and nervous fatigue. Nettle offers a wonderful amount of iron and calcium. And spearmint provides a refreshing flavor.
To Make:
Add 1-2 tsp to 8 oz boiling water. Steep, covered, 5-10 minutes. Strain and sip.
