"It's Getting Hot in Here" Tea

from $4.00
sale

It’s Getting Hot in Here Tea:

Those stinkin’ fevers are such a hassle. Here’s a tea to help with them! Ginger, licorice, peppermint, and yarrow are all considered helpful for fighting fevers. Ginger and peppermint are both warming herbs that can help induce sweating.

To Make:

Add 8 oz boiling water to 1-2 tsp tea. Cover and steep for 8-10 minutes, then steep and enjoy. Alternatively, this tea can be made on the stovetop to help draw more out of the ginger and licorice. Add the 1-2 tsp tea to 8 oz water and bring to a slight boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy a stronger version of the tea.

Ingredients:

Ginger root, licorice root, peppermint leaf, organic yarrow
