Happy Tummy Tea:

Peppermint and spearmint may help with relieving nausea and help to soothe. Hibiscus is rich in antioxidants and can help aid digestion. Chamomile helps to calm and may help with those tummy spasms. Ginger is a known nausea reliever, helps with increasing digestive enzyme action, and can help aid in digestion of fatty meals.
To Make:
Add 1 tsp tea to 8 oz boiling water. Steep, covered, for 5-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Organic peppermint leaf, spearmint leaf, hibiscus flowers, German chamomile, ginger root
