Don't Cramp My Style - PMS Tea

from $8.00

Don’t Cramp My Style Tea:

Ladies! This is THE tea to assist during the menstrual phase and those pesky PMS symptoms. While our bodies do what they are designed to do, it doesn’t always feel the best. Don’t Cramp My Style was designed with that in mind.

Hibiscus brings the antioxidant beta-carotene, the pretty pink color, and some Vitamin C. Alfalfa and Ginger provide anti-inflammatory help. The Lemon Balm leaf and Passion Flower offer help with calming the nervous system. AND, the 4 star ingredients here are the Red Raspberry leaf and Stinging Nettle leaf, which offer assistance with uterine support during the menstrual phase, as well as Feverfew and Scullcap, both of which can help with painful cramps.

To Make:

It is recommended to drink up to 3-4 cups of this tea during the first few days of PMS symptoms. To make the tea, add a heaping teaspoon of tea to 8 oz boiling water. Steep up to 20 minutes - the longer the better, but the tea will get stronger/more bitter (as most of these herbs have a bit of bitter flavor to them). A longer steep will allow more nutrients to release from each leaf/flower/root.

DO NOT USE this tea if you are pregnant. Use with caution if breastfeeding. If you take any medication at all, please check with your doctor before using, as herbs can interact with prescription medication.

Ingredients:

Hibiscus flower, organic alfalfa leaf, stinging nettle leaf, red raspberry leaf, organic lemon balm leaf, passion flower, scullcap, feverfew, ginger root
