Cough and Cold

from $4.00
sale

Cough and Cold:

It’s that time of the year - everyone is passing around something. Cough and Cold tea helps fight off those seasonal cold bugs by supporting your immune system with the vitamins and minerals in the herbs. Mullein is known to assist with throat inflammation. Ginger is an expectorant for colds and chills and adds a slightly spicy flavor to the tea.

To Make:

Steep 1 tsp tea in 8 oz boiling water for 5-10 minutes (the longer the better for ginger), covered, then strain and drink.

Ingredients:

Licorice root, organic marshmallow root, mullein leaf, ginger root
