              Anti-Inflammatory Tea
Anti-Inflammatory Tea:
Made with ingredients to help promote your body’s response to inflammation, this Anti-Inflammatory Tea contains rooibos tea, which has wonderful antioxidants. It is also made with turmeric, ginger root, and cinnamon, which are all loved for their support of the body’s anti-inflammatory abilities.
While similar to the Anti-Inflammatory Green Tea, this tea is caffeine-free.
Ingredients:
Rooibos, dried turmeric, ginger root, cinnamon chips.
To Make:
Add 1 tsp tea to 8 oz boiling water. Steep, covered, 6-8 minutes. Strain and drink.
